Fee-based consulting: Ideal when the scope of work is loosely defined, or when your needs lean more toward ideas and planning and less toward products. Our initial consultation is always complimentary. Major furnishing and accessory purchases: When you plan major furnishing and accessory purchases, our service fee for design recommendations and furniture arrangement, or "room planning" is typically included in the price of your purchases. This vital service enables you to visualize your rooms before you buy. What about our prices? You'll find The Crafted Home's prices to be identical to - or less than - those of retail stores and online dealers. Customized package: This may be your most economical option for renovation projects where design consulting, construction management and/or supervising custom fabrication is balanced with your needs for furniture, fixtures, tile, lighting, art glass, etc. Most importantly, we'll help you gain access to materials and products you won't find in stores.
